I have this problem too and it'due south disgraceful. Why should i take chances buying it once again and getting charged and then having no way to actually contact anyone from Microsoft to bargain with information technology? Yet another reason why i will not be buying the Xbox One.

Hey there, if y'all have already purchased or redeem a code for the particular game you DO NOT demand to repurchase information technology.. All you take to do is get to Settings>>Account>>DOwnload History information technology should be there. You can redownload information technology at that place for FREE

Then a couple of months ago, my little cousin turned on my Xbox and deleted my $19.99 Black Ops 2 Revolution Map Pack. When I go to download it again it says "$14.99". HELP!

Few - If it doesn't testify in your download history then that normally ways information technology wasn't purchased on your account. You would have to make sure you lot're signed into the account that purchased it in order to redownload information technology. I am trying to download the game saw again merely i have looked in my download history and its non in that location. And my dad played it before. Even the achievements are there. And information technology says $19.99 and my dad dosent want to be charged once again. He doesnt want me to click buy. Tin can someone tell me what to do?
